Services Provided

360 Marketing Mentor specializes in providing lead generation, digital marketing, and campaign management services for businesses in the DME (Durable Medical Equipment) and CGM (Continuous Glucose Monitoring) sectors. We help businesses drive qualified leads, enhance online visibility, and manage digital ad campaigns aimed at promoting DME and CGM products.

Payment Terms

To begin any campaign project, a 30% deposit is required and becomes non-refundable once the campaign strategy or setup begins. The remaining 70% is due upon completion of the campaign or service. We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods. Pricing may vary based on campaign complexity or platform requirements and is subject to change without prior notice.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

  • If the project fails to meet the agreed-upon deliverables for DME or CGM marketing.
  • A refund request is made within 30 days of final project delivery, along with detailed feedback on the issues.
  • Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by the client’s failure to provide necessary information or approvals on time.

Revisions & Edits

We offer two rounds of revisions for all DME/CGM marketing campaigns, landing pages, or ad creatives. Any additional revisions or significant changes outside of the initial scope may result in extra charges.

Service Delivery Timeline

The time required to complete a project or campaign will vary based on its complexity. While we aim to meet agreed-upon deadlines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you promptly and work with you to adjust timelines when necessary.

Intellectual Property Rights

Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of all final deliverables related to DME or CGM marketing materials (e.g., ad creatives, landing pages, reports) will be transferred to you. However, we reserve the right to display these materials in our portfolio or for promotional purposes unless you specifically request otherwise.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content, information, and access to marketing platforms (e.g., social media accounts, Google Ads, etc.) in a timely manner. Delays caused by missing or incomplete information may result in delays in the project’s completion.

Third-Party Services

We may utilize third-party services such as advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, etc.), payment processors, or analytics tools to execute marketing campaigns. We are not responsible for issues arising from the use of these third-party platforms. It is the client’s responsibility to review and agree to any third-party terms of service.

Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to safeguarding your data and privacy. By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy and acknowledge that we will handle your information in compliance with data protection laws. We do not sell or share your personal or business information with third parties without your consent, except as required to complete your project or campaign.

Limitation of Liability

360 Marketing Mentor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the specific service that caused the issue. We do not guarantee specific outcomes for DME/CGM campaigns, such as lead generation numbers or sales conversions.

Service Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services or cancel any ongoing campaigns if:

  • The client fails to comply with the agreed-upon terms and conditions.
  • There is a breach of contract or non-payment of fees.
  • The client’s requests are outside the scope of agreed services.

Changes to Terms

360 Marketing Mentor reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated version will be effective immediately. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes or legal matters arising from these terms will be resolved under the laws of the jurisdiction in which 360 Marketing Mentor operates. By using our services, you agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration, if necessary.
